Smile Center Dentistry's Dental Veneers process favors minimal-prep techniques whenever the case allows, preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.
Every Smile Center Dentistry office offering Dental Veneers is held to the same four standards, verified before the office ever joins our network.
The mockup lets us adjust shape, length, and shade together before committing to the final design.
Some cases genuinely need standard preparation — we'll tell you honestly which category yours falls into.
Material choice is discussed openly, including cost differences, rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.
No per-tooth surprise fees once you've approved the treatment plan and price.
Here's the range of Dental Veneers our Dodge City team handles most, described the way we'd explain it chairside rather than in marketing language.
This is the visit where you get final say on the design direction before any prep work happens. Most patients request at least one adjustment round before approving the design.
Porcelain is stain-resistant and closely mimics natural tooth translucency, typically lasting ten to fifteen years with care. Shade and translucency are matched carefully to look natural next to unaltered teeth.
Composite veneers are sculpted directly onto the tooth in a single visit, at a lower cost than porcelain. Composite doesn't resist staining quite as well as porcelain over the long term.
Not every case qualifies — we'll assess honestly during your consultation rather than force-fitting the technique. Ask specifically whether your case is a minimal-prep candidate during the mockup visit.
A chipped or discolored single tooth can often be corrected with one veneer rather than a full smile redesign. Single-tooth cases are often completed within two visits.
For minor corrections, bonding alone sometimes achieves the look you want without the cost of a full veneer. Bonding is reversible and can be touched up more easily over time.
Here's exactly what to expect, start to finish, for Dental Veneers at any of our affiliated offices.
A quick call gets your consultation and photos scheduled.
We finalize shape, length, and shade together at this stage.
You'll get one flat-rate price for the full case before any enamel is touched.
Veneers are fitted, checked for bite and appearance, and polished to their final finish.
These are unedited, from patients who've actually been through Dental Veneers treatment with us in the past year.
“Seeing the mockup before anything happened to my teeth made this so much less nerve-wracking than I expected.”
“They talked me out of veneers on two teeth and suggested bonding instead, which saved me a decent amount of money.”
“Porcelain veneers matched my other teeth so well that people genuinely can't tell which ones are original.”
“Minimal-prep was an option for my case and they explained exactly why before recommending it over traditional veneers.”
“Fixed a single chipped front tooth in two visits and the shade match is honestly perfect.”
Straight answers to what people actually want to know before committing to Dental Veneers.
Porcelain veneers typically last ten to fifteen years with good care; composite veneers usually need replacement sooner.
Yes — a digital smile mockup is built and reviewed with you before any tooth preparation begins.
Traditional veneers require some enamel removal and aren't fully reversible; minimal or no-prep options preserve more of the original tooth.
Porcelain lasts longer and resists staining better; composite is faster and more affordable but needs more frequent upkeep.
A full smile redesign is only recommended when it genuinely fits your goals, not by default.
Most porcelain cases take two visits with a temporary in between; composite bonding veneers can often be completed in one visit.
We can usually confirm same-week availability for Dental Veneers before you even finish describing your situation.
Our Dental Veneers team serves Dodge City and the surrounding area, with digital smile design available in-office so mockups don't require outside referral. Ask about combining a design consultation with your next routine visit to save a trip.
